The properties on this site are published with the information we have when we upload them. Prices, measurements and features are indicative and may change without notice.

Photographs and plans are for illustration. In new developments, measurements and finishes may change in the final scheme; what counts is what appears on the title deed and in the contract.

Availability

The listings update several times a day from our management system. Even so, a property may be sold or let before that shows here. Please confirm availability before arranging a viewing.

This is not a contractual offer

Listing a property is an invitation to enquire, not an offer under Uruguayan civil law. Every transaction is formalised in writing.

Ownership of the content

The photographs, text and plans belong to Inmobiliaria Rufo or to the developers of each project. They may not be reproduced without permission.
